Titebond UA 920

Titebond® UA 920 is a urethane acrylic elastomeric formula that does it all. It has excellent adhesion and flexibility, making it the professional's ideal choice for all interior and exterior construction, home remodeling and repair projects. It is mildew resistant, non-yellowing and reduces dirt pickup. UA 920 forms an airtight, water resistant seal on most common building materials, including concrete, fiber cement, metal, wood and vinyl siding and trim. It offers a quick grab, is easy to tool and finish and remains permanently flexible. Application Guidelines

Application Temperature Above 40°F.

Service Temperature Range -40°F to 180°F.

Method of Application Cartridge/caulking gun

Working Time Approximately 15 minutes for a 1/4" bead

Working Surfaces For best results, surfaces must be cleaned down to the original substrate, dry and free from any material that may deter adhesion.

Cleanup Clean tools and excess material with soap and water before it dries. Remove cured sealant by cutting with a sharp-edged tool.

Limitations

Do not apply if rain is expected within 12 hours. Air, sealant and surface temperature should be above 40°F. Allow at least 2 hours of drying time before painting with acrylic or elastomeric coatings. If joint depth exceeds 1/4”, use backing material. NOTE: Titebond UA 920 Clear (8741) will be white during application but will clear within 7-14 days, depending on temperature, humidity and bead size.
