HiPURformer Kit

The HiPURformer™ Advanced Bonding System offers three adhesives, all of which are waterproof, provide strong, permanent bonds and reduce the need for clamping or bracing. For many applications, the system can eliminate the use of nails or staples, reducing time and money in filling, sanding and staining repair marks. Complete HiPURformer Kit includes: One cartridge of WW30 One cartridge of WW60 One cartridge of MP75 Adhesive applicator Adhesive applicator base (charger) Detachable power cord Instruction manual and product brochure A durable, weatherproof carrying case WW30 and WW60 are specifically designed for woodworking; the significant differences are found in set time (WW30 offers a 30-second set time vs. a 60-second time for WW60) and gap-filling characteristics (WW60 fills gaps and irregularities to provide a stronger bond with "unfitted" materials). MP75 is a premium, multi-purpose formula designed to bond most common materials including wood, Melamine, ceramics, metal, most plastics, marble, glass, FRP, brick and more. Method of Application

The HiPURformer Advanced Bonding System utilizes the patented, innovative hot melt adhesive applicator from German manufacturer Steinel. This high quality tool provides the perfect delivery system for HiPURformer adhesives. It is cordless, lightweight and extremely easy to use.

Coverage Approximately 71 linear feet of 1/16" (OD bead) per 50 gram cartridge

Working Surfaces Surfaces must be dry and free from any dust, dirt or other material that may deter adhesion. Apply adhesive using the proper hot melt applicator tool. Join the surfaces to be bonded together, ensure proper alignment of pieces and hold firmly in place until the adhesive sets (approximately 30 seconds).

Cleanup Allow any squeeze out to become firm and remove it with a putty knife or scraper. Sanding or cutting can remove fully cured material. Do not use heat or flame to remove adhesive.

Limitations

Important: To prolong the shelf life after initial use, extrude a one-inch bead of adhesive to purge any air from the cartridge tip, then immediately replace the cartridge cap tightly, while the adhesive is hot. ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES.

Not for use on copper or metal alloys containing a high percentage of copper. Not for continuous submersion or use below the waterline.

WARNING: Toxic material. Eye and skin irritant. May cause skin and lung sensitization. Caution: Contact with heated product may cause thermal burns. Always wear gloves. Contains isocyanates. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin or vapors. Do not swallow. May be harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes. First Aid: If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call physician immediately. If eye contact occurs, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and call physician. In case of skin contact, wash skin with soap and water. Contact physician if irritation or sensitization occurs (difficult to remove cured product from skin). If inhaled, move to fresh air and contact physician.
